Over the past 12 months we have also hired 2 editors, one for video and the other for photo processing. This takes the some of the editing pressure off myself and allows me to focus my time on improving other parts of the business. It will also improve the turnaround time for all projects. I am striving for growth and constantly improving the content we produce.
The next big step we are taking is moving our level of filmmaking to more team based productions. For our bigger projects we are now using a team with individual roles including an audio technician, camera operator, lighting grip & director. We are hiring additional equipment for each shoot to bring up the production value and putting many more hours into pre-production projects.
